How do I transfer an application from my personal account to a team account?

Context

If you have an application registered under your personal account and would like to move it to a team account, you do not need to delete and recreate the application. You can transfer it directly using the Transfer feature.

Answer

To transfer an application from your personal account to a team account, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings → General Settings → Applications.

  2. Locate the application you want to transfer.

  3. Click the Transfer option for that application.

Important: Transferring an application is a one-way action. Once the application has been transferred to a team account, it cannot be moved back to your personal account or to any other team.

Additionally, please note that your GitHub integration must be connected separately to each account. The GitHub connection from your personal account does not automatically carry over to the team account, so make sure the integration is set up on the team account as well.
