Why am I getting repeatedly logged out of the Codemagic panel?
Last updated: October 5, 2026
Context
Some users experience repeated, unexpected logouts from the Codemagic panel — being signed out every few minutes without taking any action. This can also occur when using two separate Codemagic accounts across different browser profiles simultaneously.
Answer
There are a few common causes for unexpected session logouts:
Browser cache issues: A corrupted or outdated cache can interfere with session management. Try clearing your browser cache and logging in again to see if the issue resolves.
Multiple accounts in the same browser profile: If you sign in to different Codemagic accounts within the same browser profile (even in separate windows or tabs), one session can overwrite the other, causing logouts. Each Codemagic account should be accessed from a completely separate browser profile to keep sessions independent.
Using separate browser profiles: If you are already using two distinct browser profiles — each with its own Codemagic account and login credentials — sessions should remain separate and both accounts should stay signed in. If you are still experiencing logouts in this setup, try reproducing the issue in a different browser combination (for example, Chrome and Safari, or Safari and Edge) to help narrow down whether the issue is browser-specific.
If none of the above steps resolve the issue and you continue to be signed out repeatedly, please contact Codemagic support with details about your browser setup so the team can investigate further.
