Resolving Google 403 "Service not enabled for user" login errors

Last updated: June 30, 2026

If you encounter a Google 403 error stating "This service is not enabled for the user" when trying to log in to Codemagic, this indicates a Google Workspace SAML configuration issue rather than a problem with Codemagic itself.

Solution

To resolve this issue, your Google Workspace administrator needs to review and update the SAML app access settings:

  1. Contact your Google Workspace admin

  2. Ask them to check the SAML app access settings for the affected user account

  3. Ensure that the Codemagic SAML app is enabled for the user's account

  4. Save any configuration changes

Once the Google Workspace admin has enabled the SAML app access for the user, they should be able to log in to Codemagic successfully.
