How do I delete my account?

Context

If you'd like to permanently delete your account, there are a couple of steps to follow before the deletion can be completed.

Answer

To delete your account, follow these steps:

  1. Disable billing – If you have an active billing plan, you must disable it before proceeding.

  2. Navigate to the Delete Account option – Go to Teams > Personal Account > Settings > Danger Zone > Delete Account.

  3. Confirm the deletion – Click the Delete Account button to initiate the process.

Please note: Deletion does not occur immediately. There is a 14-day grace period after the request is submitted, during which you can cancel the deletion before it is permanently carried out.

If you are unable to see the relevant options on the page, check whether any browser extensions (such as ad blockers) may be hiding elements on the page. Temporarily disabling such extensions may resolve the issue.
